How to make a claim

Making a warranty claim for a replacement is made quick and straightforward for all UK customers. Simply head to our Returns & Exchanges Portal to submit your request. Once submitted, a member of our team will review your claim and, if approved, issue a free returns label for you to send the item back.

If any additional information or evidence is required to support your claim, our team will contact you directly.

Please note that free returns and shipping under warranty are only available to customers within the UK.

All Non-UK customers must contact our customer care team to make a warranty claim.

Alcraze reserves the right to decline warranty claims where the issue is deemed to fall outside the scope of our warranty coverage.
