We want you to be completely happy with your Alcraze piece(s) — but if it’s not quite what you expected or you’ve had a change of heart, returning it is easy.

If you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to return or exchange your order, free of charge for UK Customers.

*Please note all custom/personalised & engraved pieces are not eligible for a return

Return Requirements:

• All items must be returned in a new, unworn and sellable condition with their original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on any custom pieces as they have been customised just for you.
• Final sale items are non-returnable.

We advise customers to use our Returns Portal, however if you are unable to acesss our portal please contact our customer care before returning the items.
