Warranty - Warranty Policy & Coverage
At Alcraze, we trust the quality of our pieces, hence we offer a 5-year warranty on all our jewellery, valid from the date of purchase.
If your item is found to have a defect in material or craftsmanship — including colour fading or surface scratching from normal use — within the 5-year warranty period, we will provide a free replating service at no cost to you, so your piece looks brand new. Our warranty reflects the understanding that 925 sterling silver and plated finishes are naturally prone to wear over time, and we’re committed to keeping your piece looking its best.
If your jewellery piece is unable to be repaired through replating, we will offer you a direct like-for-like replacement, completely free of charge
Please note that any replacement item will remain covered under the original warranty period from the date of your initial purchase.
Expired Warranty
If you warranty has expired, we can still assist. We can offer a brand new replacement item for a reduced fee, which will be quoted based on the style and value of the original product. This fee will be incurred by the customer.
